n the area. Victoria, the capital city, which is located at the southern
tip of Vancouver Island has the highest average pricing followed by Vancouver
in the south west corner of the Province. Many smaller communities throughout
the province still have low priced housing, however the availablity of
services may be limited or you may be looking at long commutes to the business
centres. Our listings here are mainly Real Estate Agents, or For Sale by Owner properties, rather than actual propery listings. Your best option is to check with an experienced agent in the area you wish to purchase, as they are knowledgeable about the area and can answer all of your quetions.
